Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
How do I determine my correct boot size?
Most of our western boots run true to size, but we recommend checking the specific size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing down by a half size for a snug fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Are your leather products authentic?
Yes, we take pride in sourcing high-quality materials. All our boots, belts, and accessories are crafted from 100% genuine leather and premium exotic skins as described.
Do you offer international shipping?
