At Wiseman’s Western, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, apparel, or accessories don't fit quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items with the original tags attached.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our workshop inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
